Avocado Oil is an edible oil extracted from avocados. It is very similar to olive oil. When avocado oil is added to skincare and haircare products it moisturizes and nourishes the skin and hair. Beeswax help keep lips from getting dry and chapped. It can also protect the skin and lips from UV rays. We use beeswax for the protective layer that it applies to the lips, keeping moisture in and dryness out.  

Murumuru Butter is obtained from the seeds of the murumuru palm tree. It is rich in vitamins and has high amounts of oleic acid, which is a fat that occurs naturally in vegetable fats and oils. The oil from the seeds is beneficial in softening and protecting hair and skin.

Evening Primrose Oil is harvested from a plant native to North and South America that also grows throughout Europe and parts of Asia. its flowers open at sunset. The oil in its seeds contains omega-6 fatty acids which can help soften rough, dry skin and have a soothing effect.

Vitamin E is an excellent moisturizer that is ideal for dry and cracked lips. Vitamin E oil hydrates the skin and helps to support the skin barrier. It restores hydration to the skin and improves the skin's appearance.

Mica is a naturally occurring mineral dust and is one of the most important mineral ingredients in cosmetics. It is used to add shimmer, sparkle, and color. So if a product has a shimmer effect, it's almost definitely mica. It is also popular in skincare products designed to create a glow effect.
